How to book TRC train ticket through ibon KIOSK in 7-ELEVEN!

As you may notice plenty of convenience stores in Taiwan, including 7-ELEVEN, Family Mart, OK, and Hi-Life. Almost every corner has one. The biggest one is 7-ELEVEN, containing over 5200 stores nation-wide.

There is one Kiosk called “ibon” in 7-ELEVEN, with a lot of functions you must quite rely on, such as paying various bills, printing, points exchange, and buying tickets.

Here is how you book TRC train ticket through the machine.

Step1: click the Ticketing center

Step2: click the transportation button

Step3: Click the TRC button

Step4: Click “Buy Ticket”. The the others are “Collect ticket”, “Refund ticket”, and “Train information”. The other is “buy ticket by the time.

Step6: Select the departure.

Step7: Select the destination.

Step8: Select the date of departure.

Step9: Confirm the order.

Then you will get a payment slip. You have to finish the payment at the register within half an hour. After the payment the clerk will give you the ticket you just ordered.
